I'm applying for a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer 2 role where I can own complex product surfaces end-to-end and help a team ship work that is both rigorous and human.

Over the last five years I've moved between consumer and industrial software, but the thread has always been the same: I translate dense technical systems into interfaces people trust in seconds. At SwitchOn, an Edge-AI manufacturing start-up, I joined as the sole designer and led two SaaS products from zero to live — DeepInspect Train, which turns SKU configuration into a guided, error-resistant workflow; and DeepInspect Cloud, a plant-wide monitoring platform that replaced manual OEE spreadsheets with real-time vision-system health and root-cause analysis. 82% of interviewed users said Cloud would substantially ease their work, and service-desk complaints for Train dropped sharply after the redesign.

That work happens across India, Germany, Brazil and Japan, so I've learned to design for how different cultures actually work — not just for one default market. I run the full research-to-ship loop: interviews, competitor teardowns, affinity mapping, usability testing, IA, wireframes, hi-fi Figma, prototypes and dev handoff. After three years of building the UX practice at SwitchOn, I was promoted to Product Designer 2 and now mentor a junior designer while still owning the UX vision for the platform.

Before SwitchOn I spent time in growth and counselling roles at HealthifyMe and TECH I.S. — speaking with hundreds of people every day about goals, blockers and motivation. That background still shapes how I frame problems and how I advocate for users inside cross-functional teams.
